Society of Professional Women Hold Empowering Luncheon
At The Drexelbrook, we love providing space to programming that holds a powerful mission.
The Society of Professional Women (SPW), a program of The Main Line Chamber of Commerce, held their Final Trademark Luncheon of the year here at Drexelbrook, where they announced their exciting 2019 line-up of speakers and topics.
SPW is an organization that holds empowering programming that addresses issues in our society surrounding inequality. They work to encourage both men and women to support woman advancement in the workplace.
Their newly announced six trademark events will include a former NASA astronaut, successful entrepreneurs, award-winning authors, the Phillie Phanatic, and an educator and activist.
We are incredibly proud and honored to have provided an inclusive environment for these important conversations to be held. Our North Ballroom accommodated the audio and visual needs of the speaker so that all 120+ guests could stay involved in the conversation.
Our award-winning chefs prepared Field Green Salad with Roasted Vegetables and Grilled Marinated Chicken Breasts with Cinnamon Crabapple Vinaigrette for the guests. Afterward, our professional wait staff brought out a Pumpkin Mousse on Tart for dessert.
It was a lovely luncheon filled with support, education, and celebration. We are ecstatic that SPW held their event at Drexelbrook, where we could support their work!
