Drexelbrook Mansion Ballrooms
The Drexelbrook Mansion Ballrooms are a classic venue option for your wedding. Elegant and chic, our Southern-style Mansion provides a variety of spaces for your wedding day. The Mansion Ballrooms are split up into three primary areas: The Brandywine Ballroom, the Belmont Room, and The Chesapeake Room. Each of these rooms are ideal for different parts of your wedding day. The Mansion Ballrooms accommodate weddings for parties between 70 and 350 guests.

The Brandywine Ballroom
The Brandywine Ballroom is the largest room within the Mansion. Featuring silver and crystal chandeliers, you and your party can enjoy views through the picture window overlooking the West Terrace. The ballroom also features a built-in stage, perfect for live music during your event. This ballroom is the primary area for weddings and receptions within the Drexelbrook Mansion.
The Chesapeake Room
The smallest of the Drexelbrook Mansion Ballrooms is the Chesapeake Room. Adjacent to the Brandywine Ballroom, the Chesapeake Room is perfect for hosting a wedding bar, lounge, or dessert room. This extra space allows your guests to unwind and step away from the excitement going on within the Brandywine Ballroom.
The Belmont Room
The stylish Belmont Room is perfect for hosting a cocktail hour, social event, or smaller wedding receptions. With a fireplace and abundance of natural light, this warm and inviting room is great for enjoying hors d’oeuvres before the reception. Tying in some of Drexelbrook’s history, this ballroom is named after The Belmonts, who performed at The Drexelbrook in American Bandstand.
More Than Ballrooms
Our Brandywine Ballroom is directly connected with the West Terrace, while the Belmont Room is connected to the Mansion Patio. Each area has ample space for guests to enjoy outdoor seating and fire pits during cool nights. Our patios are great for outdoor ceremonies as well.
For great photo opportunities, couples can take day and night shots in front of the Mansion. The Mansion itself makes for a great backdrop for couple’s photos or photos of the entire wedding party. Black and white photos make for dramatic silhouetted photos in front of our elegant mansion.
